John Lester Alonzo Ferrer of Cebu Technological University (CTU) Main-Dumanjug Extension Campus ranked second in the September 2026 Civil Engineer Licensure Exam (CELE), earning an impressive 93.70 percent rating.
CTU will award Ferrer ₱180,000 in cash incentives for placing second in the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) exam, a commendation that underscores both his achievement and the university’s growing relevance in the national licensure landscape.
The PRC announced today that 6,337 out of 17,062 examinees passed the September 2026 CELE, yielding a national passing rate of 37.14 percent.
