The enactment of RA 8292 in 1997 provided an opportunity for the SUCs to create and/or invent various corporate strategies to achieve fiscal autonomy. There are human and non-human resources of the college and/or university that can be tapped to generate additional revenues for the school, if the appropriate procedures are known and favorable entrepreneurial atmosphere prevails in said institution. Among others, the productivity and efficiency of these productive resources will also require the initiative, creativity, commitment and diligence of SUC administrators and personnel. The Cebu Technological University is gloriously blessed with diverse human and non-human resources that can be tapped to generate additional revenues for the SUC once the appropriate procedures that can create a favorable entrepreneurial atmosphere in the said institution are laid down. Among others, the productivity and the efficiency of these potentially productive resources also require the initiative, the creativity, the commitment, and the diligence of the SUC leadership, the faculty, and the support staff as well as among the students and the other stakeholders in the SUC community.
