Cebu Technological University proudly congratulates Dr. Luiscel Teofi E. Cabico from the College of Arts and Sciences English Department, and Dr. Fitzgerald C. Kintanar from the College of Education for being officially invited by KarabĂźk University, TĂźrkiye, to participate in an academic exchange and collaborative engagement from December 8â12, 2025.
This invitation is made under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between Cebu Technological University and KarabĂźk University, signifying a shared commitment to fostering academic excellence, cultural understanding, and international cooperation.
During his visit, Dr. Cabico and Dr. Kintanar will actively engage in teaching sessions, intercultural dialogues, and academic meetings with the Department of English Language and Literature at KarabĂźk University. This collaboration aims to strengthen research partnerships, promote cross-cultural learning experiences, and expand the global engagement of both institutions.
This forthcoming collaboration underscores CTUâs dedication to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, as it continues to advance educational opportunities and global partnerships that empower faculty, students, and communities.
