Cebu Technological University proudly congratulates Dr. Luiscel Teofi E. Cabico from the College of Arts and Sciences English Department, and Dr. Fitzgerald C. Kintanar from the College of Education for being officially invited by Karabük University, Türkiye, to participate in an academic exchange and collaborative engagement from December 8–12, 2025.
This invitation is made under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between Cebu Technological University and Karabük University, signifying a shared commitment to fostering academic excellence, cultural understanding, and international cooperation.
During his visit, Dr. Cabico and Dr. Kintanar will actively engage in teaching sessions, intercultural dialogues, and academic meetings with the Department of English Language and Literature at Karabük University. This collaboration aims to strengthen research partnerships, promote cross-cultural learning experiences, and expand the global engagement of both institutions.
This forthcoming collaboration underscores CTU’s dedication to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, as it continues to advance educational opportunities and global partnerships that empower faculty, students, and communities.
