BSIT- Villia Crestene Gelaga’s “ The Flame Within “ is awarded Top 3 in Shell NSAC 58th Oil/Acrylic Art Competition held in Ayala Museum, Makati City.
The Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) student of Cebu Technological University–Argao Campus proudly recognizes Vilia Crestene M. Gelaga, a BSIT-3A Python student, for achieving Top 3 nationwide in the 58th Shell National Students Art Competition (NSAC) under the Oil/Acrylic Category, held at the Ayala Museum, Makati City, on December 5, 2025.
From being selected as a qualifier, advancing to the Top 20, moving into the Top 7, and ultimately securing a place in the Top 3, Vilia’s remarkable progress demonstrates her artistic excellence, perseverance, and creativity.
Her outstanding artwork, “The Flame Within – 100067,” reflects a personal visual narrative rooted in passion, purpose, and inner inspiration. As she shares, the piece is a tribute to the “inner flame” that fuels artistic expression and creative identity.
Vilia’s milestone brings pride to the BSIT Department and the entire CTU-Argao community, highlighting the growing potential of CTU learners in both technology and the arts. Her national recognition serves as a meaningful inspiration for aspiring student-artists across the campus.
