General Requirements

  • Entrance Examination Application Form (to be filled out at the Guidance Office)
  • Endorsement Slip (from Graduate School signed by Graduate School Dean)
  • One (1) long size brown envelope
  • Two (2) pcs. 2x2 colored picture with a name tag
  • Official Receipt (Testing Fee Php 200.00)

Grade Requirements

  • At least 1.75 GPA in undergraduate studies (for Master’s Level)
  • At least 1.50 GPA in Master’s Degree (for Doctorate Level)
