Specific Requirements
DPE/CPE
- Photocopy of Transcript of Records or Honorable Dismissal
- Photocopy of Good Moral Certificate
- Three (3) copies of recent 2x2 colored picture with white background and name tag
- Two (2) long brown envelope
BLEPT REVIEW
- Photocopy of Transcript of Records
- Two (2) pcs 1”x1” ID pictures
- Full payment of Review fee or 75% upon enrolment and remaining 50% payable within 2nd week of classes
- Photocopy of PRC Registration if available
Grade Requirements
DPE/CPE
- Minimum GPA of 2.5 with no below 2.5 grade in every subject
