Undergraduate Programs Requirements

UNDERGRADUATE

General Requirements

  • Entrance examination Application Form (to be filled out at the Guidance Office)
  • Endorsement Slip (from College Department signed by Department Chair
  • One (1) long size brown envelope
  • Two (2) pcs. 2×2 colored picture with a name tag

Note: Requirements to be submitted during Mondays to Fridays to the respective departments for screening only from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Due to the strike of a pandemic the entrance examination was stopped for the second semester. The applicants will apply and pass their requirements directly to the department under their chosen course. They will be screened and scheduled for a zoom interview.

Specific Requirements

First-year college students

  • Original and photocopy of certification of good moral character
  • Two copies of recent 2×2 colored picture with white background and name tag
  • One long brown envelope

Transfer students

  • Photocopy of TOR/honorable dismissal
  • Original and photocopy of SHS report

Note: Testing Fee: FREE of charge

Grade Requirements

  • BSEd, BEED, AB-Eng: GPA of 85 and above with no grade below 80 in any subject
  • BSIE: GPA of 85 and above and with a grade of 85 above in Math & Science with no grade below 80 in any subject
  • BSA and BSF: GPA of 85 and above
  • BSIT, BSHM, BIT major in Computer Technology, Garments Technology, Electronics Technology, Drafting Technology & Automotive Technology: OPEN ADMISSION
