CTU Argao Gymnasium

This Gymnasium is used for assembly, events and indoor athletic activities of the campus. The construction of the Gymnasium Project in Cebu Technological University (CTU) Argao is located in front of the current Administrative Building. The approved budget of the said project costs Php9,940,000.00 and E.G. and I Construction Corporate won the building as the contractor for Phase 1. The project commenced last December 3, 2019 and on March 2, 2021 Phase 1 has been completed. As of this time, Phase 2 is still pending since the bidding for contracts hasn’t started yet.

300 KBAPower House (3 Phase)

The newly built Powerhouse of the university is called “300 KBA CTU Argao POWERHOUSE”. This houses the main power supply of the university. The main distribution panel is located at the ground level, with the provision of a Generator as its emergency power supply.
Extension Building

Funded by DTI and usufruct/collaboration with CTU Argao Extension Building is a three (3) story building. This building consists of a Fabrication Laboratory, showroom for Hablon products, Computer Laboratory, Food Laboratory, and Hablon sa Cebu Office.
Technology And Forestry Building

Forestry and Technology is a four (4) story building to be utilized when face-to-face classes will resume. The construction of this is still ongoing.
Academic Building

This Academic Building is a three (3) story and composed of 6 classrooms to be utilized when face to face classes will resume. The construction of this is still ongoing.
Agriculture Building

Donated by the Local Government Unit of Argao. This building is a two (2) story building with four (4) classrooms for Agriculture students. The construction of this building is still ongoing.
Four (4) Story Forestry & Technology Building

The project Construction of four (4) story Building Forestry & Technology Building is located in CTU Argao, Lamacan Argao, Cebu beside the College of Hospitality Management and Tourism Building. The project costs PHp17,940,000.00. E.G & I Construction Corporation is the contractor for the project and this project commenced last December 3, 2019, due to a pandemic there was a delay in the target date of the project completion. As of March 2, 2021, the project is at its 100% completion of Phase 1. Phase 2 is 10% accomplished and they have started Phase 2 of the project last 2nd week of February 2021 and now on its 3rd week of processing. Furthermore, updates for the current project will be given by the site engineer every now and then.
Three (3) story 6 Classroom Academic Building

The project entitled “ three (3) Story six (6) classroom Academic Building started last February 9, 2020. The approved budget was Php11,589,888.00 and CELJEM Construction and Development Corporation won the bidding as the contractor. Originally, the target date of completion was on October 05, 2020, consisting of 240 Calendar days from the start date, but due to the unexpected pandemic, the project is on its 80% completion as of today. According to the Site Engineer as the building was inspected last March 2, 2021, the project may still last for a month or so further do the finishing stages. Lastly, this building is located beside the existing three (3) story Science and Technology Building of CTU Argao.
