Undergraduate Programs Requirements
UNDERGRADUATE
Specific Requirements
First-year college students
- High School Report Card (Form 138) / Certificate of Rating for Alternative Learning System (ALS) or its equivalent;
- Certificate of Good Moral Character;
- Two (2) copies of 2x2, recent ID pictures with white background and name tag;
- Long, brown envelope / folder (15” x 10”).
Transfer students
- Certificate of Transfer Credentials / TOR;
- Certification of Good Moral Character;
- Two (2) copies of 2x2, recent ID pictures with white background and name tag.
Note: Transfer students from the other CTU campuses shall not take the admission test, provided that the endorsement letter from the campus director is presented
Foreign students
- Personal History Statement (PHS) both in English and in the applicant’s national language, containing among others his left and right thumbprints, signature, and a 2x2 photograph on plain white background, taken not more than six months prior to submission;
- Transcript of Records (TOR) or scholastic records from the applicant’s country of origin duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post;
- A notarized Affidavit of Support including bank statements or notarized notice of the grant to cover expenses for the student’s accommodation and subsistence, as well as school dues and other incidental expenses;
- Photocopy of the data page of the applicant’s passport;
- Birth certificate or its equivalent duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post;
- Police Clearance/ NBI Clearance from the National Quarantine Office;
- Foreign Fee;
- Other requirements from the Bureau of Immigration (BI).
Applicants for Opportunity, Livelihood, Technology, and Entrepreneurial Classes
- at least 16 years old;
- Report Card (Form 138);
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate (NSO);
- Certificate of Good Moral Character;
- Medical Certificate;
- Letter of Intent.
Grade Requirements
- College of Education and Engineering Grade Average of at least 85 and No Grade Below 80
- College of Engineering Grade Average of at least 85 and No Grade Below 80 Math and Sciences Grades at least 85.
- College of Technology Grade Average of at least 80.
- Transfer students for the College of Technology Grade Average in the last semester attended is at least 2.5
