Online Admission

Eligibility Requirement for College Admission:

New applicants for college admission in the university must be any of the following:

  • Senior High School graduates and graduating students for AY 2023 – 2024
  • Transferee students from other universities
  • Foreign students
  • Alternative Learning System (ALS) Passers
  • Graduates of Old Secondary Curriculum
  • Second courser

Admission Grade Requirement:

  1. Board Programs
    • Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering (BSMarE)
    • Bachelor of Science in Fisheries (BSFi)
    • Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd)
    • Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education (BTLEd)
    • Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd)
      • GWA of at least 85
      • Grade of at least 85 for Math, Science and English
      • No grade below 80 in other subjects
      • No failing grades
  2. Non-Board Programs
    • Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM)
    • Bachelor of Industrial Technology (BIT) major in Computer Technology
      • GWA of at least 75
      • ALS Examination Rating of at least 80 with Remarks of Admission for College
      • No failing grades

Admission Documentary Requirements for New Students:

  1. General Documentary Requirements
    • Good Moral Character signed by the Principal or Guidance Counselor
    • Two(2) copies 2”x 2” picture with white background and nametag
    • Certificate of Live Birth (PSA)
    • Testing Fee: Free
  2. Additional Documentary Documentary Requirements
    • Senior High School Graduating Students:
      • Certified True Copy Grade 11 1st semester and Second semester;
      • Grade 12 1st semester bearing the final GPA;
      • Certified True Copy signed by the School Principal;
    • Senior High School Graduate:
      • Original copy of Grade 12 report card;
      • Certified true copy of Grade 11 report card for grades in Mathematics,
        Science and English (for board programs only)
    • For Transferee:
      • Transcript of Records (Informative copy);
      • Certificate of Transfer Credential (Honorable Dismissal);
    • For Shiftee / Returnee:
      • Grade Slip for the Last Semester Attended
