CTU has established linkages in five continents: Europe, Asia, Australia, North America, and South America since 2016. Lord willing, with Dr. Rhodora G. Magan’s leadership, as the newly appointed university director for Internationalization and ASEAN Integration, the global expansion can be materialized, giving students, staff and academics the appropriate mobility they deserve.

⮞ Official Travel Process for Faculty without Designation
- Submission of IAS Form No. 15
The requesting faculty submits IAS Form No. 15 (Evaluation Form for the Necessity of Foreign Travel for SUCs) along with the following attachments:- Invitation Letter from the sponsoring agency or organization
- Endorsement Letter from the International Affairs and Integration (IAI) Office
- IAS Assessment and Google Form
The CHED-IAS will assess the initial request and respond with a Google Form to be completed by the requesting faculty.
Note: A processing period of fifteen (15) working days begins once the form is submitted. - Issuance of Certificate of Legitimacy
CHED-IAS issues a Certificate of Legitimacy after reviewing the submission. - Letter Request to the University President
A formal letter of request addressed to the University President must be submitted. The letter must be:- Recommended for approval by the College Dean or Office Head
- Endorsed by the Campus Director and the University Director for Internationalization and ASEAN Integration (UD-IAI)

Once all signatures are obtained, the Office of the Board Secretary endorses the resolution to the Office of the University President. - Issuance of Authority to Travel Abroad (ATA)
Upon receipt of the endorsement, the Office of the President issues the Authority to Travel Abroad (ATA).- A hard copy is released.
