On December 7, 2024, a comprehensive debriefing session was conducted at Cebu Technological University (CTU) Main Campus to finalize the preparations for the much-anticipated Job Fair. The meeting focused on key elements such as the layout of the gymnasium, which would serve as the primary venue, and the list of participating companies. Specific attention was given to ensuring that booth allocations were optimized for smooth navigation, with clear zones for registration, interviews, and employer interactions. This session also provided an opportunity to align all stakeholders on their roles and responsibilities, ensuring that all logistical and operational aspects were addressed to guarantee the event’s success.

On December 11, 2024, the Job Fair officially took place, marking a significant event in CTU’s calendar. The day began with an engaging opening ceremony that underscored the importance of fostering connections between employers and job seekers. The program included speeches that highlighted the event’s objectives and recognized the contributions of participating companies. As a designated screener, I played a crucial role in the event by evaluating job seekers and guiding them through the application process.
