The USF of Cebu Technological University Carmen is on the “Production of High-Value Indigenous Fabric Printing and Sewing”, which aim to provide production support to MSME’s within the locality on product production, design, and printing by providing them access to more advanced machinery/equipment to increase their productivity and competitiveness among other entrepreneurs.
