A congressional fund was utilized for the operational expenses of the extension class. Every year, the funding increases for the campus with 11 PS items for teaching and non-teaching personnel. Eventually, The Tourism Infrastructure Economic Zone Authority or TIEZA formerly known as Philippine Tourism Authority has helped and supported the campus on its journey to provide quality education by providing a lot where the campus is currently situated through a Memorandum of Agreement.

However, with the initiative and leadership of President Rosein Ancheta and through the hard work of Honorable Rodrigo “Bebot’’ Abellanosa together with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Region VII, a House Bill (HB) was created at the Lower House and passed to the Higher HB 6310 by Senator Chiz Escudero for the Establishment of CTU CCM. By the grace of God, it was converted as a satellite campus on January 10, 2019 signed by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte for the Establishment of CTU CCM as part of CTU System in the Republic Act 11185.
