The third and final day of the Campus-Wide General Orientation and Mid-Year Enhancement Seminar-Workshop culminated on a high note at the Hagnaya Beach Resort and Restaurant, continuing the momentum of collaborative learning and institutional growth that defined the four-day event held from July 21 to 24, 2025.

The penultimate day, July 23, was marked by comprehensive presentations of updates, institutional guidelines, and accomplishment reports. Hosted by Prof. Davy G. Bastasa, the session featured in-depth reports from campus leaders. Dr. Rogelio C. Sala, Campus DOI, detailed the current instructional strategies, teaching standards, and plans to further enhance curriculum delivery and learning outcomes. Ms. Marisol D. Asmad, Campus Secretary, reported on administrative functions and updates on ongoing infrastructure and development projects, focusing on improving service delivery and campus facilities, and Prof. Arvin B. Salera, Campus QA Chairperson, gave an overview of the preparation for AACCUP accreditation and the formulation of the Annual Development Plan, emphasizing quality assurance and continuous improvement. Attendees actively engaged in discussions, aligning departmental goals with CTU Consolacionโ€™s broader vision of academic excellence and sustainability.

On July 24, the final day of the seminar, the sessions resumed with the continuation of presentations from the previous day, allowing for further clarification and deeper dialogue on pressing institutional matters. To assess the overall effectiveness of the seminar-workshop, participants took a post-test, followed by a Learning and Development (L&D) Evaluation and a Needs Assessment Survey. These tools aimed to gauge knowledge gained, identify competency gaps, and align future training initiatives with workforce development needs.

The seminar concluded with heartfelt closing remarks by Dr. Danilo Y. Patalinghug, SAS Dean, who commended the commitment of CTU Consolacionโ€™s personnel and encouraged continuous collaboration, innovation, and resilience.

As the waves of Hagnaya mirrored the energy of CTU Consolacionโ€™s dynamic workforce, the four-day seminar came to a closeโ€”reaffirming the universityโ€™s mission to nurture a resilient, forward-thinking, and empowered academic community.
