CTU Enhances Digital Communication through University-Wide Website Management Workshop

From April 21–25, 2025, Cebu Technological University (CTU) held a five-day university-wide workshop to finalize the ICPA Operations Manual and strengthen website management capabilities among Information and Communications Public Affairs (ICPA) and Management Information System (MIS) Chairs from its 13 campuses.

CTU President Dr. Joseph N. Pepito opened the event with an inspiring message, encouraging participants to deliver timely, impactful news that reflects CTU’s role in community transformation. The workshop began with Dr. Christine L. Jaca, University Director for Information and Communications Public Affairs, who presented the updated ICPA Operations Manual and standardized communication protocols.

From April 22–25, hands-on training was conducted by Prof. Johannes C. Camasura, University Director for Automation, Innovation, and Computing, alongside Mr. Klint Edward Rosario. Sessions focused on digital content creation, news publishing, website design, and campus-specific access management—equipping participants to manage and enhance their respective campus websites.

Among the engaged participants was Dr. Nikkithea L. Beduya, ICPA Chairperson of CTU Daanbantayan, who presented her campus website and expressed a strong commitment to improving its digital presence and content quality.

This initiative underscores CTU’s dedication to digital transformation, empowering its communicators to share the university’s impact with clarity, consistency, and creativity across global platforms.
