EDUCATION

He has degrees in Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Studies at Cebu State College of Technology College of Fisheries, 1992 and Bachelor of Science in Fisheries Education, 1989. Moreover, he is a Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) graduate major in Administration and Supervision at Felipe Verallo Foundation College and a Doctor of Philosophy and Technology Management at Cebu Technological University Main Campus.
