On February 21, 2023, the CTU-Danao Campus Human Resource Management Office administered an employee orientation meeting for newly hired part-timers from various colleges.
Mrs. Mildred M. Malapongit, the HRMO designate, spearheaded the orientation to boost employee confidence, assist new employees in adapting to their jobs more quickly, and promote communication between the supervisor and the new employee.
Dr. Decem Suladay, Dean of Instruction at CTU Danao, discussed the various rules and regulations for part-time employees. In contrast, Mrs. Rosemarie Abayon, Campus Registrar, discussed the grading system, retention policies, and the importance of grades to students. In addition, Ms. Mary Whieslyn N. Cole, the assistant librarian, provides an overview of how to use library books and some links that are useful for part-time instructors.
The purpose of new employee orientation is to welcome new employees to the organization, communicate important policy and culture information, and introduce employees to their new place of work.
