The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) conducted an onsite validation of the Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics (BSMx) and Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering (BSCpE) programs at Cebu Technological University (CTU) Danao Campus on April 2, 2025. The validation assesses the BSMx and BSCpE programs to ensure CHED policies and standards compliance.

The CHED Regional Quality Assessment Team (RQAT) Technical Committee, led by ๐๐ฟ. ๐๐ฒ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ผ ๐ง๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ฒ๐น ๐๐ฟ., was joined by ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฟ. ๐ฅ๐ผ๐ฒ๐น ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐ป and ๐๐ฟ. ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฎ ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐ฎ ๐. ๐ฉ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฎ๐น. Dr. Tanael Jr. and Engr. Lauron conducted the on-site visit, while Dr. Venal participated online. During the visit, the team reviewed the program curricula, faculty qualifications, facilities, and institutional compliance.
