The faculty of the College of Management and Entrepreneurship (CME) at Cebu Technological University (CTU)-Danao Campus recently launched Market Link, a new initiative that was part of the highly anticipated three-day celebration of BSBA Days, themed “Monopoly Oddyssey – The Ultimate Business Quest.”
Market Link, a community outreach program in collaboration with CTU-Danao Extension Services, is dedicated to providing local vendors with the tools and resources they need to enhance their small businesses.
During the event, CME faculty and students distributed marketing kits and informational booklets that offer local vendors practical guidance, tips, and strategies to help them grow and improve their businesses. Each marketing kit included rubbing alcohol, a pen, two pencils with sharpeners, and a towel— basic yet helpful items to support their day-to-day operations.
The successful launch of Market Link highlighted the CTU-Danao Extension Services and CME’s ongoing efforts to support local businesses and promote community engagement. This initiative serves as a testament to CTU’s dedication to bringing business education beyond the classroom and into the heart of the local community.
