Project Development: Sensory Evaluation for Chocochip Cookies Enriched with Cacao, Chocohip Cookies Enriched with Malunggay, and Chocochip Cookies enriched with Malunggay and Oregano

A sensory evaluation was conducted on August 28, 2025, at CTU Danao Production Area featuring three product variants: Chocochip Cookies enriched with Cacao, Chocochip Cookies enriched with Malunggay, and Chocochip Cookies enriched with Malunggay and Oregano.

The evaluation involved randomly selected staff and students within the campus, who served as participants to provide unbiased feedback on the product’s taste, texture, aroma, and overall acceptability.

The outcome of this sensory evaluation will serve as the basis for finalizing and standardizing the product formulation. Once the formula is refined, the products will be prepared for publication and Utility Model (UM) application, supporting CTU Danao’s commitment to research, innovation, and product development.
