CTU Danao Holds Courtesy Call for Student Interns Bound for Thailand

Cebu Technological University Danao Campus held a courtesy call at the Office of the Campus Director for eight student interns from the College of Management and Entrepreneurship who are set to leave on September 15, 2025, for their international internship at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand.

The courtesy call was spearheaded by Dr. Endralin A. General, SIAP Chairperson, who emphasized the importance of following the rules and staying safe throughout their internship, while also offering insightful advice to help them prepare for their journey abroad. Also present during the event were Dr. Rosemarie N. Abayon, Administrative Officer; Dr. Ludimie Capuyan, Dean; and Dr. Gladies Mae Olivar, Program Chair.

In her message, Dr. Abayon shared valuable tips on adaptability, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity, encouraging interns to embody the values of CTU as they represent the university in an international setting. She also reminded them to remain resilient and open to new learning opportunities as they embark abroad. Meanwhile, Dr. Capuyan and Dr. Olivar shared helpful advice from their previous experiences abroad. They expressed their pride in the students’ achievements and extended their best wishes for a successful internship.

This international internship at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel marks another milestone for CTU Danao in producing globally competitive graduates. It highlights the institution’s commitment to academic excellence and international collaboration.
