The Cebu Technological University (CTU) Danao Campus, through the College of Management of Entrepreneurship, successfully conducted the culminating activity of its extension program, “๐๐๐๐๐๐: ๐๐๐๐ฒ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ฒ๐จ, ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ฆ๐๐จ๐จ๐ง ๐ง๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐จ๐ฌ๐ฒ๐จ,” on ๐๐๐๐๐ฆ๐๐๐ซ ๐๐, ๐๐๐๐. The activity marked the completion of the Customer Service Training, with 12 participants officially recognized as program completers.
The culminating activity was led by ๐๐ซ๐จ๐. ๐๐ฏ๐ฒ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ข๐ซ๐ ๐. ๐๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐๐จ๐ฌ, along with Dr. Ivy A. Batican, Dr. Looverville D. Quiรฑo, Dr. Rodel S. Hintapan, and Dr. Gladies Mae C. Olivar, whose guidance and expertise significantly contributed to the successful delivery of the training. Their involvement ensured that the program remained aligned with its goal of strengthening service-oriented competencies among local entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners.
Throughout the training, participants were equipped with essential customer service skills vital to business growth and sustainability. The sessions emphasized the importance of delivering quality service, building positive customer relationships, and fostering professionalism as key elements in developing competitive and resilient microenterprises within the community.
As part of the culminating ceremony, a Certificate of Appreciation was presented on behalf of Barangay Captain Hon. Ramon P. Aguilar to recognize the invaluable support and contributions of individuals and partners who helped ensure the successful implementation of the program. This recognition highlighted the collaborative efforts behind the initiative and reinforced the shared commitment to community development.
The conclusion of the Customer Service Training under the ALAGAD program reflects CTU Danao’s continuing commitment to community empowerment, livelihood enhancement, and local economic development.
