The Cebu Technological University (CTU) Danao Campus, through its Extension and Production Office, conducted a Community Outreach Program on March 5, 2026, at B. Durano Integrated School in Barangay Cagat-Lamac, Danao City. The activity was led by Extension Chairperson Dr. Ivy A. Batican, together with the Extension and Production staff, aiming to strengthen community engagement and support local development initiatives.
The outreach program was carried out in collaboration with Ramon “Nito” Durano Family Foundation Inc. (RNDFFI), headed by Executive Director Thomas Mark “Mix” H. Durano, with the support of Mr. Gerso S. Geralla, School Principal. The activity was further assisted by Mr. Kim B. Caballes, Ms. Khler Anne G. Durano, and Mr. Jelfrex T. Matugas.








The program was also joined by German volunteer Ms. Lucinda Abamonga, whose participation strengthened intercultural engagement and volunteerism in the university’s extension initiatives.
The initiative provided an opportunity for the university and its partner to deliver community-centered services while strengthening collaboration with local stakeholders. Through joint efforts, the outreach program highlighted the university’s continued commitment to extending knowledge, resources, and support to partner communities.









The activity reflects CTU Danao’s ongoing mission to promote responsive extension programs and sustainable community development through strong institutional partnerships.
