Cebu Technological University (CTU) Danao Campus commenced its Personnel Enhancement Seminar 2026 on July 1 at Solea Mactan Resort, bringing together teaching and non-teaching personnel for a three-day institutional development program anchored on the theme “Wellness, Excellence, Digital Transformation, and Performance Review.”
Campus Director Dr. Rose Mary L. Almacen formally opened the seminar with the State of the Campus Address (SOCA), in which she highlighted the University’s accomplishments for Fiscal Year 2025-2026, recognized high-performing offices and personnel, discussed institutional challenges, and presented the strategic directions of the campus for the coming year.
The afternoon session focused on the Institutional Performance Review and Strategic Planning for Fiscal Year 2027. Office heads presented their accomplishments, key performance indicators, and strategic plans, allowing participants to review institutional progress and align priorities with the University’s goals and development agenda.
The campus also introduced the CTU Digital Services and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Utilization initiative. The session showcased the University’s digital platforms and emerging AI applications designed to improve administrative efficiency, strengthen service delivery, and support data-driven decision-making across campus operations.
The first day of the seminar emphasized reflection, institutional accountability, and strategic planning as participants reviewed the campus performance and identified priority initiatives for the coming fiscal year. The discussions also served as a platform to strengthen collaboration among the offices and prepare the University community for the implementation of programs aligned with CTU’s vision of innovation, excellence and sustainable development.
