Cebu Technological University (CTU) Danao Campus concluded its three-day Internal Quality Audit (IQA) on September 3, 2026, following a comprehensive review of key academic and administrative processes across the campus.
On the final day, the audit team completed the remaining interviews and document gathering before consolidating and validating the audit findings. The auditors also convened for their final team meeting to process information gathered throughout the three-day assessment and prepare the corresponding reports and documentary records.
Led by Engr. Al Emmanuel L. Caballes, the audit team examined various areas of campus operations, including management and leadership, educational delivery processes, finance and accounting, maintenance and general generation, library services, supply and property management, registrar and management information systems, disaster risk reduction management, human resource management, procurement, document control, student affairs and services, and gender and development.
The audit process involved reviewing documents and institutional practices interviewing concerned personnel, and verifying cross-checking information. These activities enabled the auditors to assess the implementation of established processes and consolidate their observations at the conclusion of the audit.
The completion of the IQA provides CTU Danao with an opportunity to use the audit results as inputs for corrective actions, process enhancement, and continuous improvement across its academic and administrative operations.
Through the three-day activity, CTU Danao reinforces its commitment to quality assurance, accountability, and the continuous improvement of institutional processes and services.
