“Sweating is a good thing.” This tagline creates the need to have a fitness center. Wellness and fitness are a recognized need in CTU Danao. Exercising regularly does not just make one physically fit but mentally sound as well. Students, faculty, and staff may proceed to the fitness center to do stress-release routines from the day’s taxing work. The center houses new gym equipment, which includes impulse power rack, impulse cross over lift, impulse bench, ten (10) pairs of a dumbbell set, impulse commercial spinning bike, tri-grip Olympic rubber weight plates, Olympic bar, Olympic EZ curl bar, an impulse at pull-down, impulse leg extension and others. As the campus aims to make this fitness center a venue for health, it will equip the center with state-of-the-art gym equipment.
Kadasig gym is among the recent additions to the upgrading of CTU Danao sports facilities. The name “Kadasig” is a Cebuano term, which may be translated as enthusiasm and courage. The name hopes to inspire the users of this facility to engage in basketball and futsal games with the courage in their hearts to pursue the skills they have. Honing the students' athletic abilities and providing recreation to the CTU Danao community are the responding needs for its construction. Set in a spacious landscape and other campus sports facilities, it has two baskets on both ends and a stage. The stage is for the performing arts productions and other outdoor activities, thus making the Kadasig gym a multipurpose place.
The center serves as a facility for sports and socio-cultural affairs. The open space facilitates physical education classes from rhythmic activities to lessons in sports. The center can also accommodate small gatherings for sports or socio-cultural-related meetings, seminars, workshops, training, and exhibits. The building houses two adjacent offices to facilitate formal or informal transactions for sports or socio-cultural associated affairs.
It has a new 8-lane rubberized track built for university athletes and other aspiring fitness enthusiasts in Danao City. The facility's multipurpose function is also used for university athletic meets, concerts, festivals, and other prestigious sports events. The annual Karansa Festival, the official festival of Danao City, is performed in this complex and other prestigious sporting events like the Xterra Asia-Pacific Championship.
CTU Danao Tennis Court caters to the general population. It offers fun and fitness to people of all ages, from four to 94. Its growth in popularity can be seen all the way to the local level. It also boasts a genuinely active and growing tennis tournament at the university level and has produced regional and national State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (SCUAA) tennis players. There is no question that this tennis facility has brought about an immediate influx of tennis enthusiasts. This tennis court in the campus generates opportunities for the stakeholders in the area to participate in the following tennis-related activities: After-school programs, summer tennis clinics, leagues and tournaments, SCUAA and district tennis matches, faculty and staff matches, and social mixers and inter clubs match
The most recent addition to the existing infrastructure of CTU Danao is the new administration building. It is the center of administration and management of the campus since the Campus Director, and other key officials are located in this three-story building. With this new administration officials' new dwelling place, a much better environment for all stakeholders in their transactions with CTU Danao is guaranteed.
This two-story building is the current location of the administration and other function offices. This has been a witness to the unwavering commitment of CTU Danao towards service, integrity, and excellence.

This conventionally designed but fully-lighted and fully-air-conditioned activity center renders a dramatic transition between the contemporary CME, COE, and COED buildings to the accustomed CTU Danao configuration, and the linkage between the academic hub and the vibrant campus sports and cultural core.
The student activity center features a cafe-style foyer for collaboration and socialization, connecting to a newly-established outdoor open space as dance and theater rehearsals and flexible meeting bays. Purposely built to host multiple campus programs, this 400-sqm facility also provides a new venue for university-wide gatherings. This center offers an indoor facility's convenience, wherein other stakeholders' need for space for celebrations and occasions is accommodated. This facility is a new step in bringing the academic, cultural, athletic departments, and the community closer together.
This university-run micro-enterprise facility inside the campus offers laundry services among faculty, staff, and other university clients, equipped with an industrial washing machine and stackable dryer.
Another university-run micro-enterprise facility on campus that supplies potable water to all offices and serves bottled water at a competitive price to outside clients is the Water Essence processing and water refilling station. It is equipped with its water purification system with a bladder-type fiber tank and ½ hp motor.
The campus recognizes the need for micro, small and medium-sized entities (MSMEs) as an essential component of the economy; thus the business center was conceptualized and founded as an initiative to provide a space for budding entrepreneurs in the community to test their business acumen.
It is a facility intended for the safety and security of all university personnel, students, guests, and visitors. Buildings, grounds, and other campus assets are closely monitored, with a human workforce working 24/7 and installed with modern equipment like a turnstile RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) system at the entrance and CCTV cameras inside and outside campus premises.
This edifice is a convergence of the diverse industrial courses offered in CTU Danao. It houses the equipment, tools, and materials needed for an industrial technology student to meet the course's competencies. It allows the learner to holistically develop the "total being" while performing the technology-related competencies.
A testament to CTU Danao’s commitment to advancing the institution’s premier brand, COE building provides a training ground for future champions, topnotch graduates, and engineers in five (5) engineering disciplines. Its classrooms and laboratory rooms are equipped with the necessary instruments and tools to deliver quality instruction and skills training to every engineering student.
The CME building is a home of hospitality and tourism trailblazers. This four-story building provides an avenue conducive to academic learning of theoretical contents and practical skills in management, entrepreneurship, leadership, and other essential business services.
The three-story building of the College of Education sits comfortably behind the newly-constructed administration building. The structure reflects modern-day classroom settings, equipped with Interactive White Boards, Smart Television sets, and furniture suited to students' needs. Each classroom's facilities would surely make learning more fun and exciting since the set-up permits ease in the group and individual activities, collaboration, and other student-centered activities. Furthermore, the Office of the College Dean and the office staff are on the second floor, while the faculty room is located on the third floor. The University provides well-maintained toilets on each floor.
When the private provider's power supply is insufficient or cut, the powerhouse ensures uninterrupted services to its clients. It is equipped with a 300kVA capacity with a 225 kVA backup generator set to suffice the needed power for the whole CTU Danao Campus. Incoming powerhouse 600kVA capacity with 500kVA generator set intended to supply power for the new buildings.
