CHL Apartment is a privately owned accommodation affiliated with CTU Danao that accommodates students, faculty and staff. It is a 5-minute walk with its facade facing one of the gates of the campus. It is set in a cozy elevated space with a good feel of nature with trees in the middle of the area. It is a three-story apartment with the first two floors intended for two types of accommodation and the 3rd floor is a covered rooftop deck. There are eight (8) studio type units with private bathrooms that can accommodate 1 to 2 occupants. There are three units: two-story with a kitchen, living room and private bathroom on the first floor and one room in the 2nd that can accommodate 1 to 3 occupants. A free parking space on site for the tenants is also available. Price for the studio-type units ranges from Php 4000-4500 and for the two-story units from Php 8000-8500
