The Campus Director

Employed at Cebu Technological University (CTU) Danao since 1992, she has been an integral part of the academic community, teaching courses in College Chemistry, Mathematics, and Management. In May 2015, she was appointed as the Campus Director, a role she continues to hold with distinction.

Throughout her tenure at CTU, she has demonstrated strong leadership and dedication, serving in various positions, including Research and Development Chairman (2009-2013), Socio-Cultural Chairman (2009-2013), and Math and Science Chairman (2002-2013).

Her academic journey began at the University of San Jose-Recoletos, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (1982-1987). Further advancing her expertise, she completed a Master of Science in Teaching, majoring in Mathematics, at the University of Cebu in 2008. She then pursued and attained a Doctor of Philosophy degree with a specialization in Technology Management from Cebu Technological University, completing it between 2008 and 2012.

Her research interests span across Engineering, Management, Chemistry, and Material Utilization. She has contributed as a co-researcher in several notable studies, including: (1) Antecedents of Instructor’s Self-efficacy and Satisfaction While Using the LMS in a Flexible Learning Environment; (2) Implementation of Self-assessment Evaluation for ISO 9001 Quality Management System: The Case of a Philippine State University; and (3) Time Series Trends of Drug Substance Abuse and Index Crimes in the Philippines. Additionally, she has played a vital role as a co-maker of various innovative utility models.

Her extensive educational background, combined with decades of experience, has significantly contributed to the growth and development of CTU Danao, fostering an environment of excellence in both academics and leadership.
