How is the online enrolment process being done?
  1. Students apply through ordir.ctu.edu.ph/admission/application-form and upload  admission requirements.

    Non-Board Programs (BIT Computer and Automotive Tech., BSHM)

          1.  SHS report card (TOR and Honorable Dismissal for Transferee)
          2. Good moral Certification
          3.  2×2 picture with white background and name tag
          4.  No grade requirement

    Board Programs (BTLED, BEED, BSME, BSCE, BSEE)

          1. SHS report card (TOR and Honorable Dismissal for Transferee)
          2. Good Moral Certification
          3. 2×2 picture with white background and name tag
          4. Grade requirements

    d.1. GPA of 85 and above

    d.2. grade of 85 and above in English, Math, and Science

    d.3. No grade below 80

  2. Students receive emails with the result of the initial screening.
  3. Accepted students will be scheduled for the entrance examination
  4. Students receive exam results and will be notified through email of their interview schedule
  5. Students are interviewed by the respective department chairpersons
  6. Applicants are ranked based on their GPA, Exam Results, and Interview.
  7. Interested ranked applicants shall proceed to the school nurse for the schedule of the submission of his/her medical requirements

Enrollment

    1. Students fill out the application form and submit to their chairpersons.
    2. MIS encodes their subjects
    3. Registrar releases their Certificate of Registration (COR)

How to process student transfer from other CTU campuses and other higher education institutions?

Students would need the following

    1. Transcript of Records (TOR)
    2. Honorable Dismissal
    3. Endorsement from the Campus Director (if coming from other CTU campuses)
    4. 2×2 picture with white background and name tag

The student from other CTU campus must apply through ordir.ctu.edu.ph/admission/application-form and upload the above- mentioned documents and follow the standard admission and enrollment procedure

How to shift from one program to another?

Students need to submit a letter of intent to the chairman of the course he/she intends to transfer to. The department chair assesses the grade and performance of the shiftee and endorses it to the guidance office for examination.

How to process student records requests (certification, transcript of records, certificate of registration, etc.?

Good moral certificates can be issued through walk-in requests after paying the cashier. Other requirements such as (certifications, TOR, CAV) can be processed through the registrar portal (ordir.ctu.edu.ph)

How to access grades through the online student portal?
  1. Login to portal.ctu.edu.ph entering the email address and password;
  2. Go to “View My Grades”, select the semester and click view the grades
What to do if the CTU email address provided by the MIS is not available or functional?

Contact the MIS Office by sending a message through the official CTU Dumanjug Facebook page and report the dysfunctional CTU email address. You will be given feedback from time to time regarding the progress of your email address being fixed.

What are the alternatives for those students who cannot attend online/virtual class sessions due to intermittent Internet connectivity?

Faculty members are instructed to adopt a flexible learning system where online and offline instructional delivery modes are done.

 

Instructional modules and workbooks are given to those students with intermittent Internet connections and are being submitted weekly.
