Admission Requirements
- Requirements to be submitted during Mondays to Fridays to the respective departments for screening only from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
- Due to the strike of a pandemic the entrance examination was stopped for the second semester. The applicants will apply and pass their requirements directly to the department under their chosen course. They will be screened and scheduled for a zoom interview.
Specific Requirements
Incoming Freshmans
- Original and photocopy of certification of good moral character;
- Two copies of recent 2x2 colored picture with white background and name tag;
- One long brown envelope;
- For transferees: photocopy of TOR/honorable dismissal;
- Testing Fee: FREE of charge;
- Original and photocopy of SHS report.
