The Cebu Technological University continued to strive toward becoming well-known globally by having a strategic planning session through its two offices that aim to strengthen its website visibility on September 7-8, 2022, in the Centennial Building, CTU-Main.
Dr. Cristie Ann L. Jaca, University Director for the Center for Communication and Media (CCM) and Information Communications and Public Affairs (ICPA), took the initiative to make sure that the comprehensive website approach of CTU is well aligned with the University’s target to be visible globally and receive numerous National and International recognitions.
Campus Directors, the director of CCM, and ICPA Chairs across campuses were all present at the event.
Two speakers were invited during the session, Atty. Marvey Ocampo, Active Chief Administrative Officer talks regarding “Communications Protocol”, and Professor Johannes Camasura, University Director for Automation, Innovation and Computing, discusses the website’s technical aspects. Such contributions aid the website’s development.
Additionally, each school’s issues concerning communications discussed by the representative across campuses were explored, and solutions were offered.
The two-day event concluded with an overview of the CTU website, a discussion of website management and completing the operational manual of CCM and ICPA.
