A torchbearer and trailblazer rolled into one! Dr. Joseph C. Pepito is currently holding office as the Campus Director of Cebu Technological University (CTU) Main in Cebu City since May 2019. He was also the former Campus Director of two other CTU Extension Campuses, Naga and San Fernando, Cebu Campus. He is an Associate Professor V and founding chairperson of the Mechatronics Department in the College of Technology.
EDUCATION
Dr. Pepito afforded himself opportunities for a promising future when he chose CSCST Main Campus in Cebu City. He took up Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology major in Electronics Technology (March 1996) with acquired units in Electrical Engineering and got himself a Certificate in Professional Education (Batch 2005). He further pursued post-graduate degrees, Master in Public Administration (2004) and Master of Science in Industrial Technology (Summer 2016). To further hone his knowledge and skills, he pursued a Doctorate Degree--Doctor of Philosophy in Technology Management (March 2012) at CTU Main Campus.
Relentlessly aiming at improving one’s professional growth, internationally and locally, he enlisted in many organizations and affiliations, acquired trainings/conferences/seminars, engaged in coaching, researches and extension programs, earned eligibilities/certificates, and most of all, received recognitions and awards for his contributions both in Industries and Learning Institutions. Taking stead as torchbearer and trailblazer in his personal and professional tracks, he is determined and committed more than ever to take part in making CTU a premier university.
