ABOUT THE OFFICE
The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) is one of the frontline services of the University. It is responsible for the students’ records management. It serves the students during every registration through graduation or even after they leave the University. It is also the repository of data on enrollment, graduates and performance in PRC board examinations. It is the contact of the academic community with the Commission on Higher Education.

All requests for student records are transacted online through the Registrar Portal. Please access the link below.
NOTE: During non-working days (weekends and holidays), the system does not accept any request.
All requests for clearance are transacted online through the Registrar Portal. Please access the link below.
All bonafide students must register in the CTU student portal. Online enrollment and application for graduation are via this portal.
