The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Commissioner, Hon. Jo Mark M. Libre paid a supervisory visit and convened a consultative assembly at the CTU-Moalboal Campus on August 17, 2022.
Along with him were Dr. Rosein A. Ancheta Jr., CTU President, President; Dr. Herbert Glenn Reyes, Northwestern Mindanao College of Science and Technology (NMCST); Dr. Jaime Jalon, Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology (ZSCMST), Dr. Alvin Reyes, ZSCMST Vice President for Academic Affairs, and other dignitaries.
Dr. Zandro Perez, CTU-Moalboal Director, also took the opportunity for his welcome remarks. Moreover, Dr. Ancheta talked about the University’s new mission and vision, and with all the CTU’s accomplishments, he hoped the University could maintain its excellence and competence.
The CHED Commissioner, Hon. Libre also emphasized his desire for CTU to continue its progress through the combined efforts of the CTU community.
The consultative assembly was one of the event’s highlights, where students, teaching and non-teaching staff directly shared their thoughts, feedback, and concerns and raised questions with the CHED Commissioner Libre.
The event has genuinely emphasized the 21st Century, designed to provide students with the tools they need to help achieve the University’s mission, vision, goals and outcomes.
