Declaration of Certification

I, Charmaine P. Antecristo, Ph.D.TM, Campus Director of Cebu Technological University–Moalboal Campus, hereby certify that the University has established and implemented its updated Citizen’s Charter in accordance with Section 6 of Republic Act No. 11032, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and relevant ARTA issuances.

Core Institutional Statements

Mandate

The University shall primarily provide advanced professional and technical instruction for special purposes, advanced studies in industrial trade, agriculture, fishery, forestry, aeronautics and land-based programs, arts and sciences, health sciences, information technology, and other relevant fields of study. It shall also undertake research and extension services and provide progressive leadership in its areas of specialization pursuant to Section 2 of Republic Act No. 9744.

Vision

CTU as a premier, inclusive, globally-recognized research and innovation, smart, community-responsive, and sustainable technological university.

Mission

The University shall primarily provide leading-edge degree programs, innovative professional, entrepreneurial, and technical instruction, as well as research, extension, and resource generation programs that address both regional and national needs in the context of the global knowledge economy, Fifth Industrial Revolution, and sustainability.

Service Pledge

Cebu Technological University is committed to delivering quality education, research, extension, and resource generation services in accordance with national and international standards. The University continuously pursues quality management, good governance, and service improvement to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with applicable regulations.
