Campus Director of CTU Naga

GREGORIO P. PAJARON JR.

Born on February 11, 1968 in Palompon, Leyte, Dr. Gregorio Pajaron had spent years working in his hometown before deciding to move to Cebu for good, where he would encounter his big responsibilities as manning two extension campuses, CTU Naga and CTU San Fernando.

Dr. Pajaron finished the Flagship Course on Academic Excellence in 2014 in the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), which all the more prepared him for the role which began in 2018, alongside his designation as University Director for Business and Resource Generation.

He attended University of the Visayas and graduated Bachelor of Laws in 2005;  Doctor in Management in 2000; Master of Science in Management Engineering in 1995; Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) cum laude in 1989 and Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering in 1992. He also spent elementary and secondary years in Seaside Comm. School and Palompon Institute of Technology, respectively.

Passing licensure examinations in electrical engineering in 1990, electronics engineering in 1996, and professional electronics engineering in 2008 decorated much his eligibility record.

Previously, he had worked as dean of the College of Technology and Engineering in  Palompon Institute of Technology (PIT) from 2011 through 2014 and from 2017 to 2018; campus director in PIT extension campus from 2014 through 2017; and chairman for PITs Electrical Engineering Department in 2013.

As an academic, he prioritized publication of Effects of the Use of Vodcasting to the Performance of Students in Trigonometry in the Journal of Social Sciences (COES&RJ-JSS) and registration of An Energy Audit for Lighting System of PIT-REEA Office: A proposed Upgraded Lighting System Model for the Institute for copyright.

He is affiliated with Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines, Institute of Electronics and Communications Engineers of the Philippines , Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities in Industrial Technology, Alliance of Teacher for Innovative Education and Excellence Inc., State Universities and Colleges Teacher Education Association, Philippine Association for Teachers & Educators Inc., Association for Graduate Education, and CFC – Servant of the Lord.
