Specific Requirements

Senior High School Graduates From Schools Outside CTU

  • Original copy of Grade 12 report card as of 1st semester signed by the school principal;
  • Original copy of Grade 11 report card if you don’t have Math, English, and Science in Grade 12;
  • Original Copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character;
  • 1-piece recent 2x2 colored picture with white background and name tag.

Transfer students From Other School/Universities

  • Original copy of Transcript of Records (TOR) with Remarks: For Evaluation;
  • Original copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character from the last school attended;
  • 1-piece recent 2x2 colored picture with white background and name tag.

Shifters within CTU Naga

  • Original copy of Transcript of Records (TOR) with Remarks: For Evaluation;
  • 1-piece recent 2x2 colored picture with white background and name tag;
  • Endorsement letter from the Chairman of the sending college to the Chairman of the receiving college.

Returnees/OLTEC Graduates From CTU Naga

  • Original copy of Transcript of Records (TOR) with Remarks: For Evaluation;
  • 1-piece recent 2x2 colored picture with white background and name tag.

Transfer students from CTU Satellite Campuses

  • Original copy of Transcript of Records (TOR) with Remarks: For Evaluation;
  • Endorsement letter from CTU Satellite Campus Director addressed to the CTU Naga Campus Director.

Note: These applicants are exempted from the entrance exam and will only undergo interviews for screening as long as they meet the grade requirements of the College in which they intend to enroll.

Grade Requirements

For Board Programs

  • GPA of at least 85
  • Grades in MATH, SCIENCE, and ENGLISH, and are of specialization should be at least 85
  • No grade below 80 in any subject

For Non-Board Programs

  • GPA of at least 80
