Attorney Marvey Arnoco-Ocampoโ€™s journey reflects her steadfast commitment to education, law, and public service. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education at Cebu Normal University in 2005 and subsequently earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Carlos in 2010. That same year, she successfully passed the Philippine Bar Examination, affirming her legal competence and dedication to service. Earlier, in 2005, she also passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers, demonstrating her passion for both education and leadership.

A breadth of significant roles and responsibilities marks her professional career at Cebu Technological University (CTU). Currently, she serves as Vocational School Superintendent II and is designated as the Officer-In-Charge of CTU Naga Extension Campus. Prior to this, she held key positions including Executive Assistant IV to the University President, University Director for Student Life, Dean of Student Affairs and Services, and Administrative Officer IV at CTU Danao Campus.

Attorney Arnoco-Ocampo has likewise rendered service as Acting Chief Administrative Officer for Administration and has contributed her expertise to various university committees. Among these are her roles as Spokesperson and Focal Person for PBB, Member of the Bids and Awards Committee, Chairperson of the Technical Working Group, and Chairperson of the University PRAISE TAP. She also previously served as University Legal Officer Designate, bringing her legal proficiency to the forefront of institutional governance.

Outside CTU, she further honed her legal practice as an Associate Attorney at J.P. Garcia & Associates Law Office.

Attorney Arnoco-Ocampo is deeply committed to advancing the universityโ€™s mission and values. She has been actively engaged in initiatives that promote gender and development, performance management, and compliance review, reinforcing her dedication to holistic institutional growth.

Her inspiring blend of legal expertise, educational background, and leadership experience continues to guide her as she leads CTU Naga Extension Campus, empowering students, faculty, and staff to pursue excellence in their respective fields.
