On April 30, 2026, Cebu Technological University – Pinamungajan Campus (CTU-PC) headlined the DepEd Educators’ Night with a powerful “Bayle sa Kalye” performance at the Municipal Auditorium. Anchored on the theme “Sayaw ng Kasaysayan,” the event brought together all schools from DepEd Pinamungajan Districts 1 and 2, uniting the municipality’s entire teaching force in a singular celebration of Philippine heritage.
This participation was a strategic fulfillment of PPST Domain 6 (Community Linkages), aimed at fortifying institutional ties between the university and the local DepEd community. Featuring faculty and students in traditional attire, the showcase translated the raw energy of street dancing into a sophisticated stage tribute. By performing alongside fellow educators, CTU-PC successfully bridged the gap between higher and basic education, proving that when these academic pillars unite, they foster a profound sense of local pride and community purpose.
