The workshop led by the Vice President of Research, Dr Adrian Ybañez, aims to ensure that strategies and activities are well-coordinated and aligned to the university’s targets and directions. Also, to strengthen the capabilities of the officials assigned in the university directly under the Research and Development, directors of Research Development and Extension Center, directors of Knowledge, Innovation and Technology Support and transfer, directors of Technology Business Incubation and Development directors of University Research and Extension Associates.
Eight educators from the Cebu Technological-University Daanbantayan Campus coordinated for the Research and Development Strategic Planning and Capability workshop on February 9-12, 2022, at CTU San Francisco Campus. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Instructor Mary Arden C. Malinao, the director of University Shared Facilities and the officers on the campus have made the first time planning successful.
During the pandemic, he trained up colleagues’ through online learning technology and ensured all directors had access to computer or tablet devices at home.
