Cebu Technological University-San Fernando (CTU-SF) extension campus deployed 28 student teachers from the college of education in elementary and secondary education and 56 on the job training from the college of technology in the computer technology this second semester of the 2021-2022 academic year on May 16, 2022.
Engr. Evalinda A. Pelimer, the campus director, Prof. Wilfredo G. Anoos, head of instruction and college of education chairman, and Prof. Stevie B. Manugas, the human resource designate, met and briefed all the deployed fourth-year students.
Prior to this, the CTU president, Dr. Rosein A. Ancheta, Jr., issued a Memo. No. PD04 – 170, s. 2022, serves as a Guidelines on the Deployment of Students for the On-The-Job Training (OJT) program for university-wide dissemination on April 4, 2022.
Accordingly, the memo. states that, in view of CHED-DOH joint memorandum circular no. 2021 – 001 and 004, all campuses are allowed to conduct limited face-to-face classes upon compliance with the requirements set by CHED-DOH and IATF.
In the case of the OJT/Practicum/Internship programs, either physically deploying or observing limited face-to-face activities inside or outside the campus, the following general guidelines are to be observed along with the specific guidelines for courses with issued CMO. / Wilfredo G.
