This seminar-workshop was meticulously designed to equip participants with a deeper understanding of the research culture and the critical components of scientific publication. Participants were guided through the intricacies of journal selection, submission processes, and the structural elements of a publicationโ€”from writing a compelling introduction to crafting concise and impactful abstracts. Additionally, the program included essential techniques for creating effective PowerPoint presentations of their research findings.

A unique feature of this training was the engagement of both internal and external mentors who provided expert guidance and personalized feedback. As part of the programโ€™s culminating activity, participants were challenged to present their papers to a panel of mentors. These presentations were critiqued rigorously, offering invaluable insights for improvement and refinement. Hence, the primary goal of the seminar-workshop was to enhance the university’s publication output.
