Prof. Catubis is an Assistant Professor I of the Cebu Technological University Tuburan Campus under the College of Agriculture. He is a licensed agriculturist specializing in Horticulture. He is also an Associate Member of the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP) under the Agriculture and Forestry Division.
He finished his Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Agriculture major in Horticulture at Cebu Technological University Barili Campus last 2013 and 2015.
His research interests include plant stress tolerance, plant abiotic stresses, plant physiology, SMART agriculture, organic agriculture, and biological control of pests.
