Dr. Leodivino A. Lawas

University Director for Knowledge, Innovation and Technology Support and Transfer Office (KITSTO)

Dr. Leodivino A. Lawas is an associate professor of the Information Communication Technology Department under the College of Technology. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Master of Science in Industrial Technology, and Doctor of Philosophy in Technology Management. Pursuing capstone study and completed academic requirements in Master in Information Technology and his second Master’s Degree Program.  He is currently a member of the Philippine Institute of Computer Engineers, Philippines Society of Information Technology Educators and International Association of Engineers. Has made some Industrial Design for IPOPHIL and is one of the Support Officers in the Innovation Technology Office.

Biological and Related Sciences Officer

Dr. Ilano is a Faculty-Researcher of the Department of Fisheries, CTU-Carmen Campus. He has been in the Teaching and Research Profession for 26 years handling Professional and Major Courses in Fisheries and Marine Sciences. As a researcher, he has published several articles in International, National and Local Journals. He also has projects funded by Government Agencies, Private Institutions and Non-Government Organizations on the aspects of Environment, Fisheries and Sustainable Development.

Dr. Ilano obtained his BSc and MSc in Marine Biology from the University of San Carlos, Cebu City. His MSc in Biology & Aquaculture and Ph.D. in Marine Environment & Resources were obtained from Hokkaido University, Japan.

Mae S. Sabayton

Administrative Staff

Mae S. Sabayton is a Project Development Assistant and an English as a Second Language Teacher

She has a Masters of Arts in Vocational Education and a BS Education major in TLE specialized in Business Technology (2019)

She is currently working on a publication on technology business incubation.
