Dr. Noel D. Roble
Director for Institutional Biorisk Committee (IBC)
He is a Degree holder in BS and MS Biology from the University of San Carlos, and BS Pharmacy from the University of Visayas. He earned his MS and Ph.D. in Agriculture major in Applied Biochemistry at the Tsukuba University, Japan. He did research engagement in the field of Biology, Natural Products and Fermentation Technology.
Currently, he is an organic faculty at the Cebu Technological University Carmen Campus, a resident faculty at the Fisheries Technology Department and at the same time the Dean of the Graduate School Program.

Dr. Adrian P. Ybañez is the Vice-President for Research and Development, a faculty from the College of Arts and Sciences and College of Veterinary Medicine, and Director of the Institute for Molecular Genetics, Parasitology and Protozoan Diseases of the Cebu Technological University, Cebu City, Philippines. He has more than 15 years of teaching and/or administrative experience, including as former Veterinary Hospital Administrator for three years and Dean and University Research Director for one year from a tertiary private institution. He is into community extension works with the Boy Scouts in the Philippines since 2004 and the Companion Animal Practitioner's Association of the Philippines in June 2019. He is an officer of local and national organizations, including as a National Council Member of the Council on Education of the Philippine Veterinary Medical Associations. He is affiliated with the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP). He is an international council member of the Tropical Council for Companion Animal Parasites.
He obtained his Bachelor of Animal Science (Cum Laude) major in Animal Health from Visayas State College of Agriculture, Baybay, Leyte. He finished his post-graduate Diploma in Research and Development from the University of the Philippines Open University (as Dean's list). He has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Southwestern University, PHINMA, Cebu City, Philippines. He obtained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (Cum Laude) from Leyte State University, Visca, Baybay, Leyte. He is a licensed veterinarian with a Ph.D. in Veterinary Sciences (Internal Medicine) from the United Graduate School of Veterinary Sciences of Gifu University and Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, Japan. He is a Diplomate in the Philippine College of Veterinary Public Health and a candidate Diplomate in the Philippine College of Canine Practitioners. He is a graduate of the Master of Crisis and Disaster Risk Management from the Philippine Public Safety College of DILG and is currently pursuing Master of Development Management with the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP). He is actively involved in multi-disciplinary research but with great interest in small animal medicine, parasitology, and tick-borne disease research.
His research interests include parasitology and microbiology, vector-borne diseases, Veterinary Medicine and diagnostics, molecular biology and phylogenetics, small animal practice, epidemiology, public health, and social sciences.

Dr. Ruby H. Destajo

She is an associate professor and currently the Director of the College of Veterinary Medicine at CTU Barili Campus and the Center Director for the Center for One Health (COH). She obtained her Master of Science in Preventive Veterinary Medicine from the Iowa State University of Science & Technology, Iowa, USA. She finished her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of the Philippines at Los Baños, Laguna. She has a prior Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology in Iligan City. She is currently engaged in various researches relating to veterinary medicine and One Health.
Her research interests lie in animal studies that investigate new treatments for human diseases, antimicrobial resistance studies to address the growing problem of bacteria resistant to antimicrobials, food safety and food hygiene studies, functional food product evaluation for health benefits using animal models, and investigating associations of animal disease events and environmental health hazards.

Dr. Hedeliza A. Pineda

Dr. Hedeliza A. Pineda is presently teaching at the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) and the Graduate School of the Cebu Technological University – Main Campus. She is currently the Associate Dean of Sciences of CAS.
Dr. Pineda finished her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at the University of San Jose-Recoletos and her Master of Arts in Science Teaching major in Chemistry at the University of San Carlos. She obtained her Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics, Diploma in Special Education and Doctor of Philosophy in Technology Management degrees at the Cebu State College of Science and Technology Main Campus, now Cebu Technological University. She has an ongoing study in Doctor of Education major in Science Education at Cebu Normal University.
