Dr. Lolita Velita
University Director for Technology Business Incubation and Development (TBID)
Dr. Lolita Velita is the University Director for Technology Business Incubation. She is a resident College Professor at the Business Administration Department of Cebu Technological University. She is also currently designated as the Chair of the Business Administration Department and Chair of Research and Development of the College of Management and Entrepreneurship. She is a Business Consultant and Trainer. She conducts business seminars, training and workshops.
She has a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration (DBA). She is also a PRC Licensed Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Appraiser.
Her research interests are in Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Real Estate, Operation, Tourism, Social Entrepreneurship and Technopreneurship.
Dr. Leoncio T. Lucero
Management/Operation Consultant
Dr. Lucero is one of the Faculty Member in the College of Management and Entrepreneurship. He is a Graduate of Doctor of Philosophy in Technology Management with the area of specialization in Entrepreneurship, Masters in Business Management, and an Industrial Engineer by Profession. He has seventeen years of experience in the industry and ten years in the Academe. He is also a Six Sigma Belter and a private firm business Consultant.
Field of Research Interest: Business research, marketing, manufacturing operations, supply chain, warehousing and logistics, and quality control operations, human resource management and socio-economic research.

Mr. Alvin C. Estreba is a college instructor in the College of Management and Entrepreneurship of Cebu Technological University.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Registered Cost Accountant (RCA) and a NC holder in Bookkeeping NCIII and Computer Systems Servicing NCII.
A graduate of Masters in Management (MM), and Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
Field of Research Interest: Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Management, Business and Entrepreneurship, Finance, Human Resource Management and Business Ethics.
