Republic Act No. 11036 or the Mental Health Act of 2018 through CSC Resolution No. 1901265 or the Guidelines on the Development of Mental Health Program (MHP) in the Public Sector promulgated on 23 October 2019, and circularized via CSC Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 4, s. 2020 pushed through the CTU-SF campus wellness- Jog for Life; Jog for ‘Lafang’ program, held every 4 o’clock in the afternoon from Mondays to Thursdays all through the months of June and July.
Upon the implementation of MHP in CTU-SF, local yet vibrant and lush green attractions in the municipality of San Fernando were mapped out to set foot on.

Kilometers in distance did not discourage them from putting forth their will to wield, not to languish at the lap but to feel rejuvenated at the ridges of Pedrigosa Curves, Kapangian Heights, Lolo Crispin Tops, Tananas Steeps, Tonggo Tapestries, and Sangi Valleys through Tabionan adventures.

Having navigated through the corridors of San Fernando and busked into a fun-filled and worthwhile experience while sweating in the bursts of laughter and out-of-the-blue jokes, their focus got sharpened and redirected for a more genuine and heartfelt service.

With fervent hopes of still pushing health consciousness through trekking and thrilling adventures despite hectic schedules, they formed a circle of friends, learned to become open-minded, and valued life more than anything else the world could offer.

Nevertheless, it took away exhaustion, hastened digestion, and expunged oblivion. Taking an adventure was, after all, ending in eating.
