On July 18, 2025, the CTU San Fernando Extension Campus proudly institutionalized pristine dreams by holding its 11th Commencement Exercises at the CTU Main Campus Gymnatorium.

Under the inspiring theme, Perpetuating Knowledge by Empowering Generations at Cebu Technological University, the ceremony inked a memorable history in the journey of the graduates.

Hon. Gerald Anthony Gullas, Mayor of Talisay City; Hon. Mytha Ann B. Canoy, Municipal Mayor of San Fernando; and Dr. Joseph C. Pepito, SUC President IV were the distinguished speakers who graced the event with insightful messages.

Additionally, Dr. Shirley C. Agrupis, CTU Board of Regents Chair and CHED Chair, in her virtual address to the graduates, highlighted how they could become a beacon of hope for others and for the nation as well.

Exuding grace and pride, the graduates walked confidently through the university’s portal, ready to shine in their chosen fields.
