The new academic year came alive at Cebu Technological University San Fernando Extension campus as the institution kicked off Premiere 2025: The CebuTech Week of Welcome (WOW) on August 11, 2025.
The event began with a Holy Mass, where students, faculty, and staff gathered in unity to seek guidance and blessings for the upcoming academic year.
Mr. Wilfredo G. Anoos, the campus director, officially graced the event and highlighted that the new chapter signals growth, discovery, and transformation. He also welcomed the new students.
“To our new students, welcome. You are now part of a university that values excellence, service, and innovation,” said Anoos.
One of the highlights was the soft launch of the CTU jingle, during which everyone in the venue showcased jumps, sharp arm movements, and footwork.
Meanwhile, the event also showcased talents, as selected students performed an array of dazzling song-and-dance numbers.
Designed to welcome students, the event will continue with more activities to foster creativity and connection as they embark on the new academic year.
